In accordance with government policy commencing by the Department of Groundwater Resources regarding the groundwater crisis in 2003. Nava Nakorn had initiated the water for industrial project as an alternative source of high quality fresh water for general consumption and also for industrial usage within the industrial zone in 2007.


The project had called for a 9 km. HDPE pipeline system that delivers the water from Chao Phaya River to be further process at a facility located within Nava Nakorn Industrial Zone Pathumthani.


Nava Nakorn Industrial Water Plant is capable of producing 75000 cu./m/day for industrial grade clean water and distribute to users in the industrial zone. However, the production can be increased to support future demand as needed. In the case of an emergency, fresh water from the Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) is ready to support as a second source.
